    Das liegt meines Erachtens daran, dass beide Modelle nicht das gleiche beschreiben. Im einen Fall geht es um Marke, im anderen Fall geht es um die Anatomie von Strategie. Dass beide zufaellig hier in einem Eisberg abgebildet sind, hat ja nicht wirklich zu sagen, dass sie das gleiche sagen wollen.

    Nicht das gleiche, aber ich denke eine Strategie sollte im Gegensatz zu den eher operativen ‘Tactics’ auch eher auf langfristige Unternehmensziele ausgerichtet sein…

    Das stimmt. Aber ich koennte ja alles, was langfristig und komplex ist, so darstellen. Zum Beispiel auch mein Sex-Appeal versus meinen guten Charakter. Das eine wirkt kurz (wie du weisst), das andere langfristig.
